Registration and Payment Policy

REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT POLICY

All 2-day courses are $395 and run on Saturdays and Sundays, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Fifty dollars of the $395 is considered a registration fee and is non-refundable.

 All 1-day courses are $195 and usually run on Saturdays, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Fifty dollars of the $195 is considered a registration fee and is non-refundable.

 Full payment for all courses is required in advance.

Please use our automated registration and payment system, which will direct you to Paypal.

NOTE: It is not necessary to have a Paypal account; you can simply use Paypal to pay with a credit card. Just follow the prompts and ignore their attempts to get you to register. Of course, if you have a Paypal account, you can use it to pay.

If you would prefer to pay by check or money order, contact us for further instructions.

After your payment is confirmed, you will receive a separate, welcome email from the Academy with detailed information about your  course.

CLASS SIZE

Classes are limited to 12 participants, which is the number of people the space can comfortably hold.

CANCELLATION POLICY

 We offer a refund on tuition based on how much notice of cancellation is given.

  • More than six weeks notice – full refund (minus $50 non-refundable registration fee).
  • Between 6 weeks and 4 weeks notice – half refund (minus $50 non-refundable registration fee).
  • Less than 4 weeks notice – one-third refund only if the space can be filled (minus $50 non-refundable registration fee).

We reserve the right to cancel a class if a minimum number of participants do not register, or for any unforeseen personal reason. If we cancel the class, a full refund will be given, including the registration fee.
